Información subjetiva para la decisión., el método DELPHI y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones estratégicas de las Pymes del cantón Salcedo: caso de estudio, empresa productos Lácteos Leito.

Abstract

The present research work has like topic:“ Subjective information for the decision. The method Delphi and its incidence in the making of strategic decisions of the Pym’s of the Canton Willow plantation: Case of study, Company “Dairy products Leito”, whose main target was to propose a methodology for the decision making in Pym’s in order to offer to the respective companies a scientific tool that allows them to sustain the decision making and minimize its impact or make use of the opportunity that the same they offer him, and guarantee this way, the reasonableness and growth of the organization. The approach of this research project was mixed: qualitative and quantitative, with a participatory research of the whole organization. The study population for being very small they were all the members of the organization. Between the main finds that could end in this work they were that the organization possesses a medium-sized capacity for the capture of decision, that is to say that the organization has problems to identify the actions or routes that will have to take or to continue in the solution of a problem or in the attainment of a specific purpose. The raised Hypothesis: "Using the method Delphi in the Company of milk 'LEITO' for the Decision making IF it is possible to reduce the subjective character of the information in which these sustain themselves”, it was verified by the T-Student statistician. To solve the opposing problem a support Procedure was designed to help in the Decision making in the Company “Dairy products Leito” using the methodology Delphi.
