Los estudiantes infractores y las acciones educativas disciplinarias

Abstract

“INFRINGING STUDENTS AND DISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL ACTIONS"; is an investigation in which, it is attempted to determine how efficient is the application of the educational sanctions, known in the academic field as “disciplinary”, for considering that exists a vacuum in the procedure that leads to the psychological recuperation of the infringing students once they were definitively separated from the institution and reallocated as stablished in the Art. 331 numeral 3 literal ii of the General Regulation of the LOEI. The investigation it was made in the educational institutions of the Educational District Ambato 18D02 of the canton of Ambato, using the field observation instruments as: interviews, surveys, and the study of real cases, in which is shown that the sanction procedure, it doesn’t dictates receiving a previous obligatory treatment as part of the sanction, avoiding transferring the inconvenient to another educational institution and expanding its action field. By establishment of the facts, the infraction degrees and the levels of individual and collective affectation, it has been possible to diagnose which kind of conflict it’s developing and the type of educational disciplinary action it is to be applied on behalf of the District Board of Resolution Of Conflicts, primarily in the cases with serious offenses, giving that way solutions, not only for the educational benefit, but also for that the infringing student could improve his life quality as a person, as a schoolfellow, and as a family member, through integral therapy, framed in the respect of his rights.
