“Diagnóstico situacional del manejo fisioterapeútico de trastornos musculoesqueléticos en la provincia de Tungurahua”

Abstract

The purpose of this research topic is to know in detail the evaluation, intervention and physiotherapeutic follow-up of people with musculoskeletal disorders in the province of Tungurahua; as well as the satisfaction of the same ones on the attention that is offered to them in the public and private entities of the different cantons of the province. This research is observational and descriptive, because based on the data we collect we will write about how musculoskeletal pathologies are handled in the Physical Therapy areas of the Public Health entities of the Province of Tungurahua. The required information was obtained from the physiotherapy professionals working in the health units belonging to the RPIS (Public Integrated Health Network) that are located in zone 3 of Ecuador, and in this case, in the province of Tungurahua . After obtaining the authorizations required for admission to these health units, we proceeded to design the necessary instruments to collect the information. From this, four instruments for data collection were obtained: From the data obtained, we proceeded to perform a statistical analysis of the information, being able to obtain an overview of the current physiotherapy intervention in the Province of Tungurahua.
