| Zusammenfassung: | El presente proyecto de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de estudiar la incidencia de la inclusión financiera en la actividad microempresarial del sector servicios del cantón Baños de Agua Santa. Con el objetivo de analizar la situación del uso del microcrédito por parte de las microempresas. También se busca examinar cómo se encuentra el nivel de percepción de ventas y rentabilidad de las microempresas del cantón. Se realizó una encuesta a las microempresas de servicios que se estratificaron en servicios de operador turístico, servicio de alojamiento y servicio de comida y por ende se procedió a utilizar el método estadístico Chi cuadrado de los cuales se consideró si el microcrédito es muy importante para el desarrollo de los pequeños negocios que brindan servicios y si el mismo influye en la rentabilidad de las microempresas. Los resultados que arrojaron a través del método estadístico aplicado establece que la inclusión financiera si influye positivamente en la actividad microempresarial del sector servicios del cantón estableciendo estrategias que ayuden a la misma a desarrollarse más eficientemente a través de la inclusión financiera. Y finalmente para un estudio más profundo y comprobar su rentabilidad se determinó los indicadores financieros más importantes de tres microempresas de servicios. |
| Beschreibung: | This research project was carried out with the purpose of studying the incidence of financial inclusion in the microenterprise activity in the services sector of the canton Baños de Agua Santa. With the aim to analyze the situation of the use of microcredit by micro-enterprises. It also seeks to examine how is the level of perception of sales and profitability of micro-enterprises of the canton. A survey was conducted to micro-enterprises in services that were stratified into tour operator services, accommodation and food service and therefore proceeded to use the Chi square statistical method of which it was considered whether microcredit is very important for the development of small businesses that provide services and if the same affects the profitability of micro-enterprises. The results thrown through the statistical method used provides that financial inclusion if positively influence the microenterprise activity in the services sector of the canton establishing strategies that help to develop more efficiently through financial inclusion. Finally, for a more in-depth study and check your profitability is determined the most important financial indicators of three micro-enterprises in services. |
