| Resumen : | La investigación estudia el desempleo en el desarrollo profesional y familiar, en la ciudad de Riobamba; para ello se plantea como objetivo central de la investigación analizar la incidencia del desempleo en el desarrollo profesional y familiar en la ciudad de Riobamba, además de realizar una fundamentación teórica sobre las variables de estudio para conocimiento pleno del tema investigativo, se determina cómo influye el desempleo en el desarrollo profesional de las personas y en el desarrollo familiar de los habitantes de la ciudad de Riobamba. Para llegar a esto se estudia el problema a partir de antecedentes y bases teóricas, dando alcance sobre la necesidad del estudio, y por ende se genera ideas propias que permite conocer sobre las variables en mención. Este estudio bibliográfico se complementa con la investigación de campo para lo cual se utilizó encuestas y observación de datos estadísticos, si bien existe información que es levantada por instituciones gubernamentales como el INEC, es necesario levantar información propia del estudio con la finalidad de aplicar el estadístico de Pearson para correlacionar las variables del desempleo y su incidencia en el desarrollo profesional y familiar en la población de la ciudad de Riobamba. Referente a lo anterior, se pudo determinar cómo influye el desempleo en el desarrollo profesional de las personas en la ciudad de Riobamba, a través del levantamiento de información por medio de una encuesta validad con el Alpha de Cronbach y con los indicadores presentados por el INEC. En este mismo sentido se determina cómo influye el desempleo y otros indicadores de empleabilidad en el desarrollo familiar de los habitantes de la ciudad de Riobamba, demostrando que si existe afectación; esto a partir de los resultados de la encuesta, y lo encontrado en el SPSS a través del Rho de Pearson y el p valor, con lo anterior, se comprueba la incidencia del desempleo en el desarrollo profesional y familiar de los habitantes de la ciudad de Riobamba. |
| Descripción : | The research studies unemployment in professional and family development, in the city of Riobamba; for this, the central objective of the research is to analyze the incidence of unemployment in professional and family development in the city of Riobamba, in addition to making a theoretical foundation on the study variables for full knowledge of the research topic, it is determined how the unemployment in the professional development of people and in the family development of the inhabitants of the city of Riobamba. To get to this, the problem is studied from background and theoretical bases, giving scope on the need for the study, and therefore own ideas are generated that allow knowing about the variables in question. This bibliographic study is complemented by field research for which surveys and observation of statistical data were used, although there is information that is collected by government institutions such as the INEC, it is necessary to collect information from the study in order to apply the statistical of Pearson to correlate the variables of unemployment and their incidence in professional and family development in the population of the city of Riobamba. Regarding the above, it was possible to determine how unemployment influences the professional development of people in the city of Riobamba, through the collection of information through a valid survey with Cronbach's Alpha and with the indicators presented by the INEC in this same sense, it is determined how unemployment and other indicators of employability influence the family development of the inhabitants of the city of Riobamba, demonstrating that if there is an affectation; this from the results of the survey, and what was found in the SPSS through Pearson's Rho and the p value, with the above, the incidence of unemployment in the professional and family development of the inhabitants of the city of Riobamba. |
