| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo lugar en el cantón Baños de Agua Santa teniendo como objetivo describir la importancia del guía de turismo, para el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas en el Cantón Baños, puesto a que con el pasar del tiempo los turistas creen que no es de gran importancia contratar los servicios de un guía. El proyecto se lo realizo con una metodología descriptiva para conocer datos acerca de la población por lo cual se realizaron encueta tanto a los turistas como a los guías, a la vez también se utilizó contenido bibliográfico como apoyo para la investigación. Para la realización de esta investigación se planteó como estrategia realizar un tríptico el mismo que contara con información de suma importancia dirigía a los turistas que visitan el cantón Baños de Agua Santa teniendo como objetivo principal aumentar el número de turistas que contraten los servicios de un guía el cual se entregara en la dirección de turismo del cantón Baños para que se pueden repartir entre los distintos turistas que llegan al lugar. Este proyecto contribuirá para dar a conocer a los turistas la importancia que tiene el guía de turismo y las ventajas que existen al momento de realizar alguna actividad turística con el acompañamiento de un guía. |
| Descripción : | The present research work took place in the canton Baños de Agua Santa with the aim of describing the importance of the tourist guide, for the development of tourist activities in the canton Baños, since with the passage of time tourists believe that it is not of great importance to hire the services of a guide. The project was carried out with a descriptive methodology to know data about the population so that both tourists and guides were surveyed, at the same time bibliographic content was also used to support research. To carry out this research it was proposed as a strategy to make a triptych the same that had information of utmost importance directed tourists visiting the canton Baños de Agua Santa with the main objective of increasing the number of tourists who hire the services of a guide which will be delivered to the tourist office of the canton Baños so that they can be distributed among the different tourists who arrive at the place. This project will help to make tourists aware of the importance of the tour guide and the advantages that exist when carrying out some tourist activity with the accompaniment of a guide. |
