Caracterización del comercio informal y los bienes de uso público de la zona centro de la ciudad de Ambato

Siendo los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados un determinante para el desarrollo de la sociedad, se necesita caracterizar el comercio informal y los bienes de uso público, con el fin de tener la información suficiente y relevante que sirva de insumo para la elaboración de planes de acción o políticas públicas locales, en tal sentido y en aras de evitar problemas a futuro por parte de las entidades públicas, que tienen las competencias del orden y control del trabajo autónomo, se debe considerar y profundizar el estudio de este problema con el fin de obtener mayores resultados de sus principales causas, y por consiguiente que se vuelva un modelo de gestión por parte de las distintas instituciones. Los objetivos son caracterizar el comercio informal y los bienes de uso público en la ciudad de Ambato, estudiar su comportamiento e identificar las diferentes características del trabajo autónomo, además examinar el uso de los bienes de uso público con respecto al comercio informal, analizar las ordenanzas, estructura orgánica municipal y planes de acción en referencia a las personas que se encuentran en las calles del centro de la ciudad, realizando actividades de comercio informal como es la venta de legumbres, frutas, calzado, ropa, insumos de limpieza para el hogar entre otros en horarios extendidos y durante todos los días de la semana. En el presente trabajo de investigación se utilizó fuentes primarias y secundarias como base, se realizó una investigación de forma documental sobre la aparición del comercio informal, sus características y maneras en las que se ha venido desenvolviendo al pasar del tiempo, sus principales motivos y razones.

In addition the states of formation of the Total Technical Heritage of the four financial institutions belonging to segment two in Ambato city are presented as "Chibuleo LTDA", " Ambato LTDA "," Kullki Wasi LTDA "and" Indígena Sac LTDA "; Bibliographical, exploratory and field studies will be carried out in order to have information and contrast it with the present review which form of administration within the credit unions, as well as evaluate the way in which they budget and manage their Financial plan.
