    Sistema de deshidratación de frutas empleando un horno solar y monitoreo mediante tecnología IOT.

    This research project describes the development of a solar oven for the dehydration of fruits with remote monitoring using LoRA technology, the electronic system was built with a maximum capacity to dehydrate 6 kg of fruits and contains 4 trays to place the product. The system uses LoRA technology to monitor the parameters in the solar oven during the fruit dehydration process. For the implementation of this research project, both electrical and electronic design was carried out according to the needs of the system, in the node At the end are the sensors that send the temperature and humidity signals. The data is visualized by means of a graphical interface in the node-red tool, with which a constant monitoring of the physical magnitudes that intervene in the dehydration of fruits is achieved, in addition, all the data that are within the range of dehydration of fruits and the that are not are stored in another table, in addition alerts are generated before inappropriate conditions throughout the process.
