    ABSTRACT It has been considered fundamentally to present an innovative theme since at present the television information spaces and their interpretation in sign language are inclusive communication methods for the deaf-mutes; and, in this way contribute with a study that allows to overcome the lack of interpretation of the television information by means of sign language. In the present research the application of an innovative method, through novel strategies of communication directed to the deaf-mute, to eliminate conventional methods in a holistic and synergistic way to motivate the deaf-mute in the assimilation of the real and exact information of a Event in the community. The present research, contributes to the study of the information spaces of the television and its interpretation in sign language through communicational theories, reason why the present study is justified due to the need of updated information of the means, that will facilitate possible solutions for Anyone interested in having competence in this subject. Based on the above mentioned reflections, a description of the antecedents related to the importance of the study, the objectives pursued with it and its scope of reference from the point of view of the deaf-mute will be established in the first instance. Consequently, the need arises through the collection of information to verify the problems and provide viable proposals to solve this current issue, to make a positive change in the cultural attitude of the population of deaf-mutes and the people in general, for this Avoid misrepresentation of information with content changes.
