The present experimental investigation began with the elaboration of a hybrid material of epoxy resin matrix and chambira and kevlar fiber reinforcement, based on the optimization of the mechanical properties and through the analysis under the response surface methodology. The composite material was molded using a vacuum stratification method to be cured at different temperatures, after which a laser cutting process was carried out. For the analysis, the factors that intervened directly through the Box-Benken design were taken into account, orientation 1 of -45.45 and 0 degrees, orientation 2 of -45.45 and 0 degrees and temperature of 60, 90 and 120 degrees centigrade, with the exact number of factors, a specific configuration of factors and levels was made, its parametric assumptions executed by the ANOVA variability analysis after the execution of the tests being valid, giving as an optimal result a predicted value of an orientation 1 (-7.727 degrees), orientation 2 (3.18 degrees) and temperature (106 degrees centigrade), presenting a desirability of 0.4887 percent, which allowed reaching highly favorable values for all its properties.
