The decision-making process in higher education institutions is a significant aspect that relies heavily on relevance studies. These relevance studies enable organizations to evaluate and improve their academic programs. To achieve this, programs are assessed based on student expectations and labor market needs. The main objective of this project is to provide an additional tool to support this process by offering a robust database and an advanced analysis system. Surveys were collected and analyzed from high school students and companies using Business Intelligence processes and web analytics tools. The results were presented on decision-making dashboards, some of which were integrated with predictive and association models. In this context, the research provides the Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial of the Universidad Técnica de Ambato with a support base to make more informed and strategic decisions.
