This project is focused on the implementation of a remote management system for the control of energy consumption in the administrative building of the Faculty of Engineering in Electronic and Industrial Systems of the Technical University of Ambato. The project is developed based on the graphical programming tool Node RED in which the building's electrical consumption data is taken and allows its visualization, in addition, it allows queries of said values, of which it performs an average of the data in based on the day or month in a time interval selected by the user, to later export the queries to Excel, as well as to a specific email. The system has a manual control where the user can control the luminous intensity of the lamp or with automatic control in which, based on the existing lighting levels, the percentage of luminosity of the lamp is established, for which samples were taken on a normal day and based on the INEN 1153 regulation, the lighting ranges (lux) of the building were established. This process is carried out as long as there is movement within the infrastructure.
