    Sistema electrónico de monitoreo y alerta en los tanques de almacenamiento de líquidos tensoactivos catiónicos en la planta Indiquimica S.A.

    Cationic surfactants are fundamental chemical products for cleaning and disinfection of environments contaminated by germs and bacteria that cause diseases in people, for this reason this research project is based on the design of an electronic monitoring and alert system in the cationic surfactant liquid storage tanks at the Indiquimica SA plant in the city of Ambato, which allows monitoring the values of the influencing magnitudes during this process. The project in question is composed of sensors installed inside the storage tank, which are responsible for obtaining the values, the received signals are processed by an ESP32 wireless card to later be sent to the local and external server, same that fulfill the functions of Backup of information, the signals are sent directly from the wireless card to the servers using Wifi technology. The monitoring of the system is based on a screen installed next to the tank where the operator can view the monitored values, in addition to a web page from where all the data can be viewed, for this, the user credentials and password must be entered, in Addition to obtaining reports, the alerts are composed of lights installed in the local display panel and by sending a message through GSM technology to the defined user number.
