    La Justicia Indígena y la aplicación de las herramientas y métodos alternativos de solución de conflictos en la comunidad de San Pedro de Chibuleo, Parroquia Juan Benigno Vela, Cantón Ambato, Provincia de Tungurahua.

    Currently in reviewing the legal rules of our country, we can show that the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador supports and protects the rights of indigenous peoples, but notes that there is no specific policy in which indigenous communities are based to apply alternative dispute resolution methods that there is a correct application of indigenous justice. We worked with the critical paradigm - purposing, in an exploratory and descriptive level, with field mode in which the survey was used as a technique, using a questionnaire of closed questions. The results were processed using the Excel program presented in tables and graphs, concluding that the application of alternative dispute resolution methods help improve the practice of indigenous justice are checked for hypothesis. This research is focused on implementing the Law on Organization and Management of Communes a specific chapter on the application of alternative methods of dispute resolution in the Community San Pedro de Chibuleo, for which it has made adequate impact analysis It would cause the application of these methods within indigenous justice.
