    Fal-electronic Company was created with the vision of its members through an entrepreneurship. The Company mainly deals with manufacturing and marketing of semi-touch panels to be installed on the dashboards of urban and inter-provincial busses which are manufactured by the companies located in Ambato. Contributing to the productive matrix change which is within the Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir objectives 2013-2017 in order to combat poverty and inequality in the Ecuadorian society. The companies dedicated to the production of transport bodies do not have the necessary suppliers in terms of modern technology, since in many cases the importation of technology is necessary, this project of entrepreneurship arises from this problem. Previous data analyzed came to obtain several results, which clearly demonstrate that the project to create a company Of semi-tactile boards is totally feasible since it was demonstrated that there is demand for this type of technological inputs, and on the contrary, there are very few companies that offer these products. Create the FAL-Electronic company whose function is the development of semi-tactile boards for urban and interprovincial buses, to meet the needs of the companies bodies of the city of Ambato.
