Item Evaluación de horas frio y hormonas en la propagación asexual de yuca (Manihot esculenta)(2024-08) Batallas Carvajal, José Luis; Zurita Vásquez, José HernánCassava or better known as Manihot Esculenta, is related to one of the main energy elements most required in different tropical regions, as well as corn, rice, bananas, among others. The placement of rooters is really known in the form of asexual propagation in nurseries, given that this work focuses on two hormones, which are Ethylene and Naphthalene, where we want to observe the effectiveness in the sprouting of the root part and likewise the growth of the buds in the yucca cuttings. The experimental design had varied cold hours, where 80 hours, 120 hours and 160 hours were taken, complete random blocks with three repetitions were used, in a 3 X 2 + 1 factorial arrangement. The results show us that the cuttings that were They were kept cold for 80 hours, they had a successful result, giving us roots and buds, ready for the collection of data that were required, on the other hand, the cuttings from the other hours were not successful, they did not sprout roots and buds. The data collection was taken from the number of shoots and length as well, the other data that was taken was the volume of the roots and their lengths.
