    The current research about the working days of teachers and the fulfillment of the crosscutting themes at “Padre Miguel Gamboa” agricultural technical public/religious high school had as objectives. Diagnose the teacher‟s fulfillment level in the eight-hour daily working days. Verify the application level on the crosscutting themes at high school. Develop a proposal to solve the suggested challenge in benefit of students. To implement the research it was necessary to conduct a survey to 59 teachers and 108 students, which ensured a better reception of the information. It was applied to the students to help them have a clear and transparent overview. When applying the statistical technique of Chi-square with nine degrees of freedom and a significance level α = 0.05 is obtained 16, 92 in the Chi-square chart and the Chi-square calculated is 79,173, this amount is placed out of the acceptance region, it allows to accept the alternative hypothesis H1 which says: “The working days of the teacher influences on the fulfillment of crosscutting themes at “Padre Miguel Gamboa” agricultural technical public/religious high school. At the end of the work it is proposed to implement a virtual learning environment that will allow the development of crosscutting themes that suggests the national curriculum to promote initiative and creativity from the protagonists; teacher and students interact in this technological atmosphere using the five crosscutting themes, which are found on the virtual learning environment www.ejestransversalesecuador.com
