    This investigative work is born of the problematic discovered in the School of Formation of Soldiers of the Terrestrial Force, the same one that allowed to investigate the problem. This investigative work is supported by the theoretical framework, which is the scientific basis. To effectively and reliably execute the investigative process, the use of the methodology was used through the scientific method that supported the research; contextualize, analyse, discover and study the problem encountered. Were thus very present the methods hypothetically-deductive, inductivedeductive, analytic-synthetically, descriptive and statistically. The techniques that guided the collection of data were the test of self-esteem (levels) and the test of stability and emotional instability of Eysenck with the Sub-test of self-esteem and from the data obtained was the respective tabulation, analysis, Interpretation and hypothesis verification using the statistical model selected for this procedure. After the investigation process the respective conclusions and recommendations are made, which allow us to make the proposal that will allow to overcome the problem evidenced and investigated.
