Maestría en Electrónica y Automatización, 2022) Chávez Pico, David Alejandro; Herrera Garzón, Marco AntonioIn this work, a real-time system is presented that performs the detection of the different types of moldings made from the analysis of the image processing of their different surfaces, silhouettes and colors. The need to use this electronic system for the control and labeling of moldings for paintings in real time through machine learning is to reduce production times and store the number of moldings manufactured in a database in order to avoid downtime on the part of workers and thus increase productivity in the factory. In addition, it has the tools, software and hardware to be able to do it, in this case a device called NVIDIA's Jetson Nano will be used for image analysis with its respective camera, which allows artificial vision applications. On the other hand, this control system allows the moldings manufactured to be labeled with their specific characteristics by means of a QR code to make it functional and practical in the factory. This will benefit production since the amount of molding will increase, since costs will be reduced and there will be an increase in profits. Another important aspect is that with this system it is intended to have scalability for the future due to the fact that there are different branches where the moldings are transported and it will help to have a more exact control from the time the load leaves until the load arrives to avoid delays in counting as conventionally. It has been done in recent years, this data can be taken directly to the accounting department who are in charge of the amount of production that is carried out in the factory and the amount that is transported to the headquarters and each of the branches.Item Sistema electrónico de control y monitoreo vehicular a distancia mediante tecnología inalámbrica(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Ingeniería en Electrónica y Comunicaciones, 2015-10) Chávez Pico, David Alejandro; Urvina Barrionuevo, Kléver RenatoEl vehículo es un medio de transporte familiar que se encuentra en constante movimiento tanto a nivel local como a nivel nacional, es importante innovar las seguridades del vehículo siendo necesario implementar mecanismos de control y monitoreo. La necesidad de un control y monitoreo constante del vehículo, motiva a crear un sistema de seguridad personal que plantea soluciones apropiadas y eficaces para evitar contratar servicios a concesionarias, las cuales representan un gasto mensual o anual, ya que la instalación de este sistema electrónico es más seguro, versátil, económico y accesible para todas las personas. Se propone diseñar e implementar un sistema electrónico de control y monitoreo vehicular a distancia mediante tecnología inalámbrica, que permita el envío inmediato del estado del vehículo, utilizando un dispositivo electrónico “Arduino Mega 2560” que permite la conexión del módulo CAN BUS junto al módem GSM/GPRS SIM900, para enviar mensajes de texto a través de la red móvil mediante una interfaz para monitorear y controlar el vehículo. Para el caso de estudio de este proyecto, se determinó que el sistema de comunicación se va dividir en dos entornos muy útiles que son: entorno del vehículo, aquí permite adquirir la información de los sensores de puertas, ventanas y switch de arranque del vehículo mediante el protocolo de comunicación CAN. El otro entorno es el usuario, quién está encargado de monitorear y tomar acción en el caso de un ataque contra la seguridad del vehículo de manera remota. ABSTRACT The carrier is a means of familiar transport which is in constant movement as locally as nationally, it’s important to innovate the security of the vehicle being important and necessary implement mechanisms of controlling and monitoring. The need for constant monitoring and control of the vehicle, encouraged to create a personal security system posed appropriate and effective solutions to prevent contracting services concessionaires, representing a monthly or annual expense, since the installation of the electronic system is more secure, versatile, inexpensive and accessible to everyone. It’s proposed to design and implement an electronic vehicle control system and remote monitoring using wireless technology to allow the immediate sending of status from doors, windows and starter switch using an electronic device “Arduino Mega 2560”which allows the connection with CANBUS shield and GSM/GPRS SIM900 in order to send text messages through mobile network in order to monitor and control vehicle remotely. Case study for this project, it was determined that the communication system will be divided into two environments that are very useful: vehicle environment, here can acquire the information from the sensors of doors, windows startup switch vehicle through CAN communication protocol. The other environment is the user, who is responsible for monitoring and taking action in the event of an attack against the security of the vehicle remotely.
