    The work investigative has the fundamental intention of answering to the detected problem the same one that is “a Limited economic and social development of the productive sectors of the canton Pelileo”, one of the key points, since to the credit a decrease of the credits granted on the part of the cooperatives of saving and credit bears to a low local economic and social development and that does that the productive sectors of the canton Pelileo do not progress and do not invigorate the economy. In the following investigation one determined that there does not exist a limited economic and social development of the productive sectors in spite of the crisis for which the country is happening, it was demonstrated that several economic activities grew. The main contribution of this work, he contributes in helping to promote the growth of micro-companies of the productive sectors of the canton Pelileo across the credits granted by the COAC by means of a meticulous analysis, for the purpose of being able to raise the advice on the part of the cooperatives of saving and credit towards the productive sectors, with the target that these sectors acquire a knowledge previous to the efficient handling of the economic resources focusing in the following elements that allow a good handling of expenses, income and budgets.
