Item La Comunicación Interna y Externa Y su incidencia en el Desarrollo de la la Imagen Corporativa de Industrias Catedral S.A. en la ciudad de Ambato.(2013) Chimborazo Azogue, Luis EdwinEl propósito de este trabajo es conocer la comunicación interna y externa y su incidencia en el desarrollo de la imagen corporativa de Industrias Catedral en la ciudad de Ambato, dado que la misma constituye uno de los activos (intangibles) más importantes de la empresa generando valor añadido y diferenciándola de sus competidores. Entre sus objetivos se encuentra la determinación de factores que influyen en la comunicación y la gestión para la formación de dicha imagen, lo que facilito la comprensión e implementación de estrategias con el fin de poder comunicar los valores que pretendemos resaltar. La metodología utilizada se inicia con una investigación bibliográfica, para dar el marco de referencia, como paso siguiente se recolectaron datos por medio una auditoria de imagen consistente en encuestas, clientes internos y externos, con el fin de elaborar un diagnóstico de la situación al momento de las mismas. Las que dieron lugar a la implementación de un Plan de Comunicación Interna y Externa para mejorar el desarrollo de la imagen corporativa de la Empresa, cambiando la cultura organizacional haciéndola participar de la estrategia de la empresa, ha demás la propuesta realizada genera valor para el negocio.Item Creación de una empresa de Vending para la venta de snacks a través de máquinas automáticas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. This investigation is focused in making at the same time a deep as thorough analysis about the different factors and elements that are relevant in the structure and behaviour of the market we are leading to, with the purpose of optimize important resources to our future clients such as time and money, applying the best strategies of marketing to present our service to the general public. The endeavor that is wanted to put in brand will be to diminish the elaboration and commercialization of sportswear with chemical components that contaminate the environment and the care of the skin of the target market. Subsequently, a market study is conducted in which we can find out about the unmet demand for the new product, which is aimed at men and women between the ages of 20 and 50 in the province of Tungurahua in the city of Ambato. developed a technical study in which the place was determined as well as the size and distribution of the plant identifying the production process for the production of organic cotton sportswear, through a financial study it was established that the project is viable which is based with evaluation methods. The purpose is to recycle this waste and subject it to a crushing process that separates its components such as rubber, steel, and nylon in order to obtain granulated rubber as the main product. The entrepreneurship contributes to the Ministerial Agreement No.098, published in the Official Register No.166 on April 6th, 2015, that mentions the Instructive for the Integral Management of Used Tires, where producers, importers, marketers and service centers that use this product must reduce waste through the reduction, reuse, recycling and other forms of valorization, so they must ally themselves to an authorized manager who carries out these processes. This investigation consists of a market study that let knowing the unsatisfied demand of the main product, granulated rubber, the market segment of this are the footwear companies of the city. With a technical study that allows selecting the production process and a financial study, that shows the viability of the project. Finally, it is concluded that the project will generate a positive social impact, creating a recycling culture, helping the city to reduce landfills. Economic, it will create sources of employment contributing to the economy of the country. Started legally in 2005, since then this family business has been well accepted in the market applying every day hard work in the production of all kinds of bread products, cakes, sweets and snacks made with quality raw materials for all social commitment according to the demands, tastes and preferences demanded by customers. It was decided to carry out the present project, in order to offer the market a healthy option to consume bread, in addition to increasing its income and profits of the company by analyzing the internal and external environment of the same, generating a substantial positioning of the brand in the market, minimizing times and counteracting alterations that harm production and daily operation. After having carried out the research with the data obtained in the market study, the target market was determined (162,987 people), with the technical study was determined the amount of raw material to be used during the production process, the organizational study helped to develop an organizational chart for the departments of the company, with the economic-financial study was known the feasibility and profitability of the project, there was a noticeable lack of publicity and promotion in the market important aspect to generate the success of sales. Since there is a great economy is nevertheless the sale of handicrafts products is inferior because of the diversity there is and the high cost of products that carry traders from other areas. In the city of Baños there is the waste of the sugar cane residues that can be transformed into the handicrafts and in this way to reduce the costs and that this raw material is discarded to the environment for its decomposition, for that reason the idea is born Of the use of waste sugar cane to transform into craftsmanship adapting different colors and designs that positively attract the tourist and subsequently raise sales of them. For the realization of the feasibility project, a technical, organizational and financial study was established, where the technical study proved to be feasible due to the fact that for the year 2017 it produced 5,855 units, while in the organizational study the distribution of the works was in agreement with the Developed area, finally in the financial study of the existence of a cash flow of $ 46125.55. Establishing that the proposed project is feasible and there is already a considerable gain for the last years, besides being usable the disposal of the sugar cane that avoids the contamination of the environment with its use and after obtaining a finished product.Item Sistema estratégico de penetración en el mercado para marcas de licores en la provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. In 1980 it began its operation with the brands TOROG and COCO and CAÑA, the same that undoubtedly are part of the history of Ambato and Tungurahua. This research work on strategic market penetration systems, aims to propose a strategy of penetration to increase sales in the province of Tungurahua, Ecuador, the vodka Woytek, Licores Don Guido, brand new unknown in the market of the aforementioned locality. For this, after an exhaustive bibliographical and field reference, it was established that the quality of the product is very important, regulate the distribution channels, determine strategies oriented to the positioning of the brand and correctly capture the customer's attention. In order to achieve the desired goals, a survey aimed at the public between 18 and 25 years of age was carried out, as a sample of our target audience obtained a total of 52 surveys. Achieve the recognition of the quality of the product by the client's contribution, for which, an application model of the strategic system was established, in which three phases are proposed, the first, a situational diagnosis is made, and the objectives are defined, the second, strategies are established and action plans are defined, the third, the marketing mix is designed and its budget is determined, to finish with the execution.
