    El ciclo de aprendizaje de Kolb como estrategia para el desarrollo del proceso de lecto escritura de las personas con escolaridad inconclusa de la Unidad Educativa P.C.E.I Juan León Mera

    In the Juan León Mera PCEI Educational Unit, the poor use of the Kolb learning cycle has been detected as a problem in the development of the Reading-writing process for Persons with Unfinished Schooling (PCEI), in this research work developed an intervention in the teaching-learning process, where practical workshops were applied based on the Kolb cycle, methodology used from its four phases: Concrete Experience; Reflexive Observation, Abstract Conceptualization, Active Experimentation. This intervention required a before and after in the level of development of the process of reading and writing. The data obtained in this research reveal a greater ability of students to read and write correctly, contributing to improve the processes of comprehension, comparison, analysis, synthesis and codification of written messages, their identification, selection of main ideas, secondary and interpretation of the analyzed texts of interest of the students improving their capacities since, when relating the learnings initiated in an experience and the application of these allow to consolidate the learning of reading and writing of the students, being of vital importance for their future professional performance.
