The development of children's clothes for girls of 2-4 years has great importance for parents since they enhance the delicacy and sweetness of the same through tissues made manually which are made in different colors to match the outfit and applying current trends, using the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analyzed the points in which greater focus must be to reach a successful acceptance of the product through surveys of parents which determined the requirements of the market objective, also could be made that there are currently no children's clothing with hand finished. This is why that was created this proposal in order to provide originality unlike any other value-added finished Couture-like since they are made by hand, and embroidered with threads of different thickness, giving girls the opportunity to look like a fairy tale princesses as this age shows it thus achieving comprehensive development , and providing the industry with a technique not practiced continuously putting into practice today On the other hand we can say that the project will have a quantitative approach since we use qualitative and statistical inference procedures because it has an explorative character, at the same time contribute to the transformation of the productive matrix in the Ecuador creating something new and innovative to make known to Ecuadorians and they begin to consume a national product of excellent quality which will involve the participation of the manufacturing industry offering as much of work
