Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales e Informática, 2020-08) Cujano Soto, Brayan Patricio; Núñez Miranda, Carlos IsraelABSTRACT The development of hybrid applications has been an issue that is taking a lot of interest in developers that need flexibility and reusing code in your applications, this will be 99 percent shared with different mobile operating systems. The smartphones have been converted in one necessary tools for businesses and people, in improve countries the mobile technology has generated more economic income that any other technology, due to the growing demand, the developers has been in need to create application for improve the experiences of user in the moment of using smartphones. Throughout the research, the most common frameworks for developing this type of applications will be investigated and finally deciding on the best one to carry out the development of the application. The mobile applications are necessary for smartphones, but develop mobile applications for variety of operating systems leads to increase development cost because developers have to rewrite the source code for each platform, for this reason the hybrid applications are becoming in a highly explored technology, because meet all the finding requirements as optimization time, money and learning new programming languages, things that are very importants to develop applications. Because it is necessary for a company to have a mobile application, one has been developed at Empresa Eléctrica Ambato, under the name of EEASA móvil. This application will facilitate users to consult the value of the electrical bill from anywhere, in addition to knowing the payment points closest to the current location.
