    La intervención del Trabajo Social y los procesos de reinserción familiar en el Centro de privación de la libertad para personas adultas en conflicto con la ley de la Ciudad de Riobamba

    His work addresses the reality of Social Work in the processes of social rehabilitation as an urgent need in the centers of deprivation of liberty for adults in conflict with the Law in the city of Riobamba in order to help them to regain their family bond, decrease recidivism and can be productive entities for society: The general objective was to determine the incidence of social work intervention in the processes of family reintegration in the Center of Deprivation of Liberty for adults in conflict with the Law in the city of Riobamba (CPLPACLR). Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a documentary and field bibliographical research modality, using the type of exploratory, descriptive, correlation research, it made possible the application of a multiple alternative option survey closed to 198 deprived of the freedom that constituted the sample size. The results obtained determined that in this penitentiary institution no intervention activities of Social Work are carried out due to the lack of specialized professionals in the area, this being a factor that affects the effective processes of family reintegration, in addition it was possible to verify that there are no plans of intervention in which the PPLs are participating. The verification of the hypothesis was carried out using the chi-square and non-parametric tests in the statistical program SPSS v21. The results of the p value (0,00)
