Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2023-03) Eugenio Pullutasig, Sergio Stalin; Ortíz Sailema, Christian IsmaelThe main objective of this research was: To develop a production planning through the application of heuristic methodologies for cost optimization in the production area of the company "Calzado Stalin", for which an aggregate planning model is proposed with methodologies that allow satisfying the requirements of the demand. In the current state of the company, the activities and production strategies were identified through observation sheets, when executing a production line, the resources presented in each process were reflected, mentioning that they do not have a production plan. The analysis to know the production process through files will survey processes and balance masses in each production area with the raw material. In the analysis of how long it takes to do each activity through the process diagram focused on the productive activities necessary for the manufacture of footwear. Finally, aggregate production plans are developed with heuristic methodologies in which you need relevant costs of resources in manufacturing, the results obtained from the installation costs of the plans are: Model 1 Exact Production with Variable Labor Force with a cost of $ 247,655.00, Model 2 Constant Labor Force with overtime and unproductive times with a cost of $ 212,636.71, Model 3 Constant Workforce with overtime -50% and 100% surcharge with a cost of $237,379.36 and Model 4 Constant Workforce, downtime and exhausted service a cost of $249,755.06. In addition to that, a model to be implemented was proposed, detailing the necessary requirements that the company must take to produce.
