    Los proyectos de inversión pública financiados por el Banco del Estado y el Desarrollo económico de la Provincia de Tungurahua como aporte al Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2013-2017

    The main objective of the present investigation is to study public investment financed by the State Bank in Tungurahua and the coverage of basic services of drinking water and environmental sanitation in the period 2010-2015, considering that the institution finances investment and pre investment projects, which seek to solve social and economic problems of the country. It is determined that 2010-2015 period the State Bank approved 137 credits totaling $ 160,349,411, in terms of disbursements in the same period a total of $ 130,863,407 was given through different programs that the Bank promotes as they are: Proverde, Territorial Development, Multisectorial, Commercial urban equipment, Pro-sanitation, Pro-habitat. The most demanded programs in the province of Tungurahua according to the data provided by the State Bank are: Pro sanitation whose objective is to finance investment and pre-investment projects in potable water and environmental sanitation systems, a value of $ 80,223,279 which represents 61% of the total delivered resources, the second in the program is building roads whose goal is the road network regeneration and bridges construction, with a value of $ 30,691,485, representing 23% of the total delivered resources.
