    Financial management within companies has become a vital tool for senior managers, so it is necessary to obtain both qualitative and quantitative financial information that helps to mitigate in this way the risks that are involved in each one of them. The activities or processes that are carried out, transforming itself into an instrument of strength for the analysis, organization, planning and control within the companies, with the objective of making right decisions that provide financial security for the development and institutional growth. The present investigation aims to analyze if the inadequate financial management affects the decision making in the company REENCAUCHADORA DE LA SIERRA CAUCHOSIERRA S.A.
