Health protection based on new technologies is a broad branch that involves the use of technologies such as electronic systems, in this project the construction, concentration and distribution of electronic elements has been demonstrated to shape a face shield that can be in real environments to control high temperatures and harmful gases that are harmful to people's health. For the development of the project, the main programming code has been established towards the Arduino Nano ATmega328 microcontroller to establish communication with the Adafruit AMG8833 thermal camera in the same way with the 1.8-inch TFT screen of 128x160 resolution that communicates through SPI interface together with the reading and activation of the gas sensor MQ – 135 that identifies the gases present in the environment. An autonomous power supply system has been developed using 1000 mA lipo batteries which supply enough current to the entire electronic system so that it is working correctly. On the other hand, the system has a charging module to feed back the batteries and give a more continuous use of the prototype. In addition, a model of facial protector is developed in acrylic material, which is much more resistant than the plastic fiber in which the different electronic elements are attached to shape the complete system which the user used, taking great care of the visualization that it must have. the person when using the face shield for this reason the elements are dimensioned using SolidWorks software and three-dimensional modeling of the elements and the face shield. The system was tested in the control of body temperatures of people and the control of gases in the environment measured through particles per million and showing care alerts towards the person if they are in an unsafe environment regarding exposure to harmful gases.
