    The current globalization of the environment has distanced us from the social reality of Pasa Parish, thus the problem of nutrition presented by the population of children between 3 and 5 years of age has affected their quality of life, specifically development Evolution, which as part of its growth is vital, in this way in the field research it was determined that not having an integral food process limits not only its physical growth, but cognitive, which limits its abilities and skills, It is important to establish a frame of reference for change, which will allow them to improve their growth and thus be able to access an improved quality of life. It is concluded that it is important to establish a change in the nutritional pattern, since this depends on the strengthening of these abilities so that the children go according to the changes in their environment. In addition to providing a health improvement by allowing the availability of care and concentration in activities that are related to the child's age, resulting in successful learning or improvement in activities that were uneven in their development period.
