    The Union of Professional Drivers of Canton Píllaro allows students to obtain their professional license, the same one that cannot carry out its activities better because it has a limited financial planning since it is very important in the decision making of the institution. The project demonstrates as a problem the financial control that allows the institution to have administrative financial incoordination as its causes and its inadequate policies and procedures that causes its finances to be used incorrectly and that the members of the institution have no knowledge of the financial planning. Financial planning in the professional licensing sector is of great importance to us because they are classified as SMEs, so it is carried out that an adequate financial planning allows the decisions of the union in this sector are prevalent for the same. Since they must learn how to plan their finances, since organizations are small to medium or large, they must have a financial plan that allows them to reach a future and prevent it.
