    This research aims to demonstrate the influence that represents the reading comprehension in developing verbal linguistic intelligence and seventh and eighth year of Basic Education Education Unit "Alfonsina Storni" in the province of Tungurahua Region Ambato. Based on the concept of most of the teachers who have focused on their current paradigms traditionalist, then closed in a linear process which does not awaken the hidden talent that students may have. Therefore reference to the research surveys scheme was applied to the entire population consisted of 58 students and 6 teachers, framed in a quantitative and qualitative approach within the paradigm contemplating proactive critical levels and types of investigation. The data obtained through research determined that the activities undertaken by teachers of the educational establishment, around the theme of reading comprehension have shortcomings with the students from the beginning of the reading process, should draw the attention of learners to strengthen the habit of reading that is vital for the development of the student; because boys and girls prefer other activities that are not profitable for personal growth, unlike cultivate your knowledge with reading. Therefore this process carried out in a better way in obtaining benefits paraphrase and inferences as necessary in the process of understanding. What was said above makes the performance worthy of a blog on the internet about active for verbal language development techniques, identifying weaknesses to turn them into strengths so you see a change in the educational task by the teacher an innovative entity
