    The sociolabor this condition established as for the formation that a person has from the childhood, being so this the nature or set of characteristics that he identifies an individual of other one. At present, there exist several social phenomena that can manage to produce an imbalance in the personal, familiar stability and of the context in general; principally when many of them meet demonstrated by the influence of the environment before that for the familiar education. Nevertheless, without need of influence, there exist several persons who interfere in the social phenomena simply for the curiosity before the unknown thing and for trying to observe very closely since the things happen inside these worlds. As social phenomenon, one of that leads the list, is the alcoholism, being this the most affluent problem in the company. We consider many of the times to be that the above mentioned problem sees present in teenagers and young women, but it turns out that it is a phenomenon that attacks all without any type of distinction. In such a way that one is going to give appointment to the reasons and consequences of the alcoholism specifically in the labor area. The place of work, it is our second home, because there most of the day is remained, realizing functions chord to our knowledge and skills, to offer a service to the company, independently if the same one is public or private. Now well if we relate the phenomenon of the alcoholism to the labor area so that it is influencing the behavior and attitudes of the employers, it is in this moment when a lack of coordination starts existing in the work, since it starts appearing labor absenteeisms, fines and sanctions for coming in condition etílico to the work, dismissals and other consequences that are needed labor partner determines in the condition across the present investigation.
