In recent decades, environmental changes have been more visible, as a result of industrialization and the consumerist society that has been generated with it, fashion is one of the systems that has been and is a fundamental part of the environmental problems that in the present are presented. The objective of this research is to capture the development of a sustainable company in the field of fashion and clothing manufacturing, transforming the practice of fashion design, and laying the foundations for a feasible development model for the benefit of the environment. This project addressed sustainable fashion through the research-action method whose purpose is to understand and respond to specific problems that occur in a community and that are linked to a group; thus understanding as a specific problem the pollution generated by the fashion industry and how it influences the space in which we inhabit, either in an environmental or social way or even both; Through the support of preconceived methodologies, it was possible to collect data and information to lay the foundations for the project. As results of the research, a sustainable business model was obtained based on successful theories and methodologies at the company level but modified towards the sustainability of its production processes, thus generating a support tool for future entrepreneurs; tool that was developed in this project by the company HURTEX with its brand SLOW Sustainable Fashion.
