The aim of this research project is to determine how and Development Project Based Learning influences the academic achievement of students of the Education Unit Pasa. Whose purpose is to interrelate subjects that contribute to its implementation, beyond solving a problem looking for cooperative and interdisciplinary work to bring the student to the needs of the scientific age since being planned properly consent improve learning of disciplines that demand greater successful research and support on the reason for natural phenomena to stimulate students desire to excel and self-esteem to feel part of a group that contribute with opinions and dynamism with which fail to reach a particular purpose. Concomitant to this create research culture where the main protagonist of learning are the Dicent and thus improve academic achievement acquiring knowledge for life counterbalancing clusters of content, the results to equilibrate in levels of learning and progress in student . It should be applied ABPro as a methodological strategy to improve academic performance and interrelate subjects generating and clarifying questions, debating ideas, making predictions, outlining plans experiments, collecting and analyzing data, establishing conclusions, communicating their ideas and findings to others, making new questions and creating or improving products and processes. Concluding that according to statistics the academic performance of students of the Education Unit Pasa was poor, being necessary to reflect on the process to improve academic performance and make studying enjoyment under the direction of teachers who guide them in this process by promoting work team in classes and students in ensuring quality learning

The present project of entrepreneurship such as the Center for Care, Development and Comprehensive Care "Montessori" is dedicated to the provision of human health and care services in the city of Ambato, its lines of services are physical therapy, visual therapy, sensory therapy , hydrotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, early stimulation, comprehensive care, directed tasks and other lines of related services, same services that are focused for children from 0 to 4 years old and children with special abilities. The objectives of the entrepreneurship project are to support children with special abilities and their families in development and independence; thus guarantee the quality of life and the social integration of this sector; it also promotes the integral development of regular children, strengthening motor skills and the cognitive area, which is a key part of adulthood in the human being. The entrepreneurship project has the following structure: the approach to the problem, the description of the enterprise, the market study, the technical study, the organizational study, the financial study and each of these walls allows us to identify the profitability of the project. The present undertaking, such as the "Montessori" Center for Attention, Development and Comprehensive Care for children from 0 to 4 years old and children with special abilities, allows us to determine the demand, offer, prices, location and promotion strategies, competition and economic and financial indicators, all these elements will allow us to make decisions and validate the feasibility of the project in the area of integral development.

From the different areas of the pedagogical activity, the teaching competencies are the actions, attitude, and commitment that all professionals must assume in their educational work. These premises allow the teacher to leave the proposed scheme, break barriers, address new challenges, and expand their skills thus provoking personal development and growth so that all students learn to develop successfully in the different areas of life, contributing to a more prosperous and integral society. The aim of the use of the techniques and assessment instruments is to provide the learning process with a reference that examines the academic conditions of the students and responds to this process with preventive or corrective actions that promote the evaluation and joint efforts to raise the levels of quality in the educational service; this is a complex task in which the educational policies and the institutional improvement plans impact the different areas that are part of the scholar system. For that reason, the role of the teacher is an important factor in the teaching process because through the correct use of the techniques and assessment instruments they can organize and create effective environments of teaching, develop attitudes and values, and educate the students in an integral way. Finally, the objective of this investigation is to present a description of the characteristics, purpose, and applications of the competencies, techniques, and assessment instruments that can used in the different levels and educational needs so that the results of all those who are part of the educational process are effective.

The venture project needs an initial investment of $ 26705.42; which will be covered with 100% of the equity. The training center to form micro is a business idea that technical supply and basic theory for the entrepreneur to give the initiation of your business idea in an efficient and effective manner; and thus contribute to and stimulate the economy, create jobs and generate profitability; in the same way contributing to the popular and solidarity economy and thus fulfilling the National Plan for Good Living.

The creation of a Company dedicated to the elaboration of didactic materials with the reuse of recycled products, was based on the transformation of didactic materials such as game made of cartons, bottles, lids, to encourage the learning of the little ones. In order to reduce the pollution of our city, and providing an example for the big cities to be motivated by this Project. Basically, there are people who are dedicated to artistic recycling, but not big companies and what was wanted to achieve is to combat pollution. This investigation was as an objective to determine acceptance of didactic materials in people of Ambato town. It was used the descriptive model in which was applied a survey. The majority of the people interviewed showed the approval and acceptance of didactic materials elaborated with recycling products. According to the segmentation of the market did not get it, PEA age Rank from 20 until 50 years old that represents the 15587 people. The principal result is to get “EL BUEN VIVIR” for the settlers improving the the quality of life of each one. The economic increase must be destined to the fulfillment of the rules and the politics of the Government to the company and the country.
Los criterios de evaluación y la calificación cualitativa del nivel inicial de la escuela de educación básica Federación Deportiva de Cotopaxi

This research work was carried out in order to inquire about "The evaluation criteria and qualitative rating of the initial level. The primary basis of this research was to show that arise evaluation criteria within qualitative rating of the initial level for sublevels 1 and 2. This research work was to determine the incidence of the evaluation criteria in qualitative rating of the initial level school basic education "Sports Federation Cotopaxi" parish El Carmen, canton La Mana, Cotopaxi province. Which was relevant to the application of a survey to teachers for students observation and observation sheet containing the same research topic they addressed to questions. The results showed that in the field concerning the qualitative assessment and criteria, there is difficulty in teachers to raise criteria for qualitative evaluation to make a true assessment to infants and their development, and that teachers do not use assessment tools that values participation, cooperation and creativity of the student, as an evaluation is maintained at the work done in worksheets leaving aside the true ability of the student should be the very essence of the evaluation.

Impactex Corporation is an Ambateña company with about 18 years in the regional and national market dedicated to the elaboration of underwear for women, men, boys and girls during which it has experienced a significant growth in its client portfolio, make decisions to improve the perception of the same based on their levels of satisfaction. For this reason, the present research work has focused on carrying out a detailed analysis to be able to identify the use of technological strategies by the company to be able to provide an adequate service to its clients, in addition to being able to determine a strategy that allows to improve the quality of service delivered. The data obtained through the application of a survey show results, where it is evident that the company does not have an adequate process in the service to its clients, since it has no technological strategy for that purpose, which prevents that the company can generate appropriate relations with its clients, in addition it can be evidenced that there is an urgent need to implement a technological strategy. Thus, the resulting proposal based on the research directed me to determine the design of a web 2.0 portal, the same that allows the company to have a real-time communication with its clients to be able to give solution to their requirements, in addition to serve as a digital medium to be able to publicize the new products to them.
Gestión del talento humano en las empresas del sector textil de la provincia de Tungurahua.

The textile companies of Tungurahua province are institutions dedicated mostly to the production of clothing, from intimate apparel to jeans of different qualities, supplying this type of products to the local, national and international markets. In recent years, competencies have been a fundamental part of the development of skills and abilities of employees in organizations. For this reason the present project is developed focusing on the management of human talent of the companies dedicated to the textile activity in the province, this contributes to the strengthening of the competences of the collaborators. From the research carried out, through the application of surveys to companies of the textile sector of the province of Tungurahua, it has been obtained that the motivation made by the executives of the company is vital because this way the collaborators feel mostly committed to the organization, also taking into account that competencies are elements that must be improved for personal and institutional growth. Thus, the proposal considered as a solution alternative, is a management system based on competencies, thus improving the management of human talent, also contributing to the development of skills and abilities in employees and achieving greater job performance.
El Síndrome de Burnout y las afectaciones emocionales de los docentes de nivel bachillerato del distrito educativo 05D01

In this research work with the theme "The Burnout Syndrome and the emotional effects of teachers at the baccalaureate level of the educational district 05D01", is focused on analyzing and demonstrating if the burnout syndrome develops emotional affectations in teachers, for which it was possible to count on the support of the teaching staff of the baccalaureate level of the 05D01 educational district of the city of Latacunga, who through exploratory and field investigations could identify the problem. According to this, a survey designed based on the causes of the aforementioned syndrome was applied, where information was collected that allowed obtaining the verification of results that are reflected in the conclusions and recommendations, indicating the degree of freedom that it gives as a response to 4, at a level of significance of 0.05, clarifying by means of the table of degrees of freedom of the chi square and at the same time mentioning that the critical value with which it will be carried out in the following investigation is: 9.49; for this reason X1 = 9.49, living as a final result the approval of the hypothesis where it states that if there is a level of emotional involvement due to the presence of the syndrome, due to this, it is proposed to design a plan of training and emotional strategies training for prevent symptoms of chronic stress, but above all the importance of training is to stabilize the emotional part that each teacher can develop for their proper development inside and outside each educational unit and dealing with external and internal customers in this case it is the entire educational community comprised of students, parents, authorities, teaching, administrative and service personnel.
