    ABSTRACT Abstract:The development of the multiplatform mobile application for the CEPRA Proteger a la Mujer Trabajadora (Llankak Warmikunata Ramachikkuna) project is important and necessary as a tool to be use do in different mobile devices to collect information in sectors that do not have access to Internet connection,to then perform a synchronization that will allow to centralize all the collected data and save them in a single database, in a central server where you can have immediate and secure access to them, they can be reviewed and used for reports, analysis and statistical studies. The use of the Mobile Application Development Methodology (MDAM) used for the development of this application is based on its feasibility for the project, taking into account the guidelines and objectivity of its stages, based on the fact that it takes the most representative characteristics of the ISE-OO Methodology model, the postulates of the Agile Methodologies and the 6M's.
