    The purpose of this project is to include the communities of La Independencia and Jaime Roldós Aguilera, influencing the development and quality of life of these places, the proposed way will allow the development of agriculture and livestock, giving a decent road that allows the adequate Transport of products, as well as reactivate the mine that is in the site, which for the future will allow to economize in the transport of materials. Therefore, relevant studies, such as the annual average daily traffic (TPDA), are previously performed; Soil tests consisting of moisture content, grain size, compaction and CBR. Subsequently the horizontal, vertical and transversal design of the track is carried out, assisted by programs such as AASHTO 93 and the Civil CAD, which will provide data necessary for the project, as well as complementary works such as culverts, gutters and slopes. It is essential to indicate that the present work will be based primarily on the MOP 2003 standard, from which the basics are used, and AASHTO 93 for the study of the pavement layer, as well as in some regulations mentioned in the bibliography of the present. Finished with work volumes, project budget, unit prices, technical specifications and valued work schedule.
