The constant review of the tutor made it possible to establish a clear investigation adopting criteria of simple speech, which allows the private investor to make an excellent decision with a lock that allows the conditions of development in matters of cash or monetary value needed by the owner of this company service. The proposal of this project of entrepreneurship, consists of the human talent involved complies with the legislation or regulations issued by the Ministry of Health, therefore, it is key the hiring of workers who know the topic of care for the elderly.
