Cl. Mg.The problem of suicide has prompted the search for preventive strategies, highlightin g resilience interventions as a promising approach to mental well-being. The aim of the study was to determine the efficacy of resilience-based psychological interventions for suicidal risk by assessing risk of bias, evidence schematization, and analysis of pre- and post-intervention scores. The systematic review was conducted with 4 articles that were selected with PRISMA methodology. The results show a low risk of bias in most of the studies, with some exceptions. The diversity of the interventions in each study was reflected in the strategies, number of sessions, stratification of participants, variables and instruments used. However, there is evidence of their effectiveness in reducing suicidal behavior and improving mental health. Nevertheless, it is crucial to move towards standardization of these interventions.
