Item El estilo de aprendizaje kinestésico en el desempeño académico en el área de Ciencias Naturales de los estudiantes de séptimo grado de Educación General Básica en la Unidad Educativa José Ignacio Ordóñez de la ciudad de Pelileo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la educación -Carrera de Educación Básica, 2025-01-22) Llerena Tintín Álvaro Andrés; Yungán Yungán Raúl; Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la educación -Carrera de Educación BásicaThis research refers to the kinesthetic learning style in academic performance in the area of Natural Sciences of seventh grade students, this focuses on activities that involve movement, manipulation of objects and practical learning for the academic performance of students. The objective of the research is to analyze the kinesthetic learning style in the academic performance in the area of Natural Sciences of seventh grade students of Basic General Education in the Educational Unit "José Ignacio Ordóñez" of the city of Pelileo. A mixed approach is used, with a bibliographic-documentary and field modality, in addition to an exploratory and descriptive level. The population is made up of 23 parallel seventh grade students "A" and 3 teachers from the area. The techniques that were used are observation and survey, the instruments applied are the rubric and the questionnaire. The questionnaire is aimed at teachers, it contains 10 questions in order to collect information about the academic performance of their students in the Natural Sciences subject. The rubric contains 10 criteria to determine the skills and development of students with kinesthetic activities. The results obtained reflect that 82.6% of students achieve the required learning while 17.4% master the required learning, therefore, it is concluded that the kinesthetic learning style improves the academic performance of students.
