    The massive radial diffusion of the musical genre, the reggaeton and the behavior of the students, are problematic, in the society, in which, the adolescents, lost, in the values, in the dialect, in the theme, in the theme, in the music, in the state, in which it occurs, however, on the radio. Music, learning and things that do not go through the ages of the adolescents of the Parroquia El Rosario del Cantón Pelileo are disseminated. The present research work was based on the collection of data and information in the Eugenio Espejo Educational Unit of the Parroquia el Rosario, viable sources such as, thesis of the repository of the Technical University of Ambato, scientific research, digital journals, etc. Through many methods such as: observation, surveys, interviews and previous information gathering, where surveys were conducted to students and teachers of the institution, and surveys of the family of people and authorities of the educational unit, This way, a preliminary evaluation of the subject to be treated has been carried out, in order to define the areas of things and that an in-depth evaluation can be carried out to obtain practical and timely solutions. As results, the causes and effects are presented both theoretically and practically, where adolescents spend too much time on the use of radios, to which communication and the use of culture and identity have been lost and, most importantly, the values and respect. For short stories, if you have planted a solution, which is not, it is more than a means of a radio program carried out in the most tuned Radio; The program will have the name "YOUTH TO MAXIMUM" in the same topic will discuss topics, the interview, the opinions of the good use of radio programs and the importance of communication within the homes.
