La resolución de conflictos no es solo tema de los Gobiernos, sino de todos los estamentos sociales y aún más en centros universitarios en donde la excelencia profesional de sus estudiantes dependerá de quienes los guían, la mediación y el diálogo son ejes transversales fundamentales en el proceso enseñanza–aprendizaje y parte de la convivencia del día a día entre estudiantes y docentes para conservar el equilibrio con el fin de formar profesionales de excelencia. Esta investigación pretende ser una guía en base a una propuesta que reúna el sentir de estudiantes, docentes y autoridades para el mejor desenvolvimiento y desarrollo en donde la Universidad como fuente del saber forma profesionales que comprenden la importancia de vivir en sociedad aprendiendo a solucionar conflictos de forma pacífica siempre que las partes se involucren en el proceso. Conflict resolution is not just issue of governments, but of all social classes and even in universities where professional excellence of its students depend on who guide, mediation and dialogue are fundamental transverse axes in the process teaching-learning and part of the everyday coexistence between students and teachers for balance in order to train professionals of excellence. This research is intended as a guide based on a proposal that meets the feelings of students, teachers and authorities for better development where the University as a source of knowledge so that professionals understand the importance of learning to live in society solve conflicts peacefully if the parties involved in the process.
La programación radiofónica en FM y el nivel de educomunicación en la audiencia del cantón Ambato

ABSTRACT The communication has evolved due to changing trends in the environment to social consciousness so that has been presented several problems and one of them is the inexistence of an integrated profile that promotes and energizes this scheme, so the not count with a radio programming adapted to such changes has limited the process of social progress, which means the system under educommunication that establish and does not allow an extensive coverage and the audience does not satisfy their requirements in this direction in the methodology research that allows establish in the field research the unknowledge that limit incomplete programming, the results of survey allowed to know the needs for the change, so that is important that exist a redesign focused on the social reality, in this proposal present some alternatives of change that allows them to focus a social responsibility for the listener to be integrated into this perspective.
Los programas radiales y el uso del lenguaje radiofónico en la ciudad de Ambato

ABSTRACT This research study has as its theme: Radio programs and the use of radio language in the city of Ambato. The research took as a reference to the use of radio language used by speakers of different radii of the city of Ambato and its impact on listeners. This research was conducted in qualitative terms, referring to the existence of rules to ensure proper use of language within the radio programs, the study sample were ninety-one broadcasters radio stations, well, three hundred and eighty and three listeners to know your thinking about how to Locuto on the radio. Among the key findings of this research is that the acceptance of the radio programs that make inappropriate use language is high, even though most of the surveyed population is against its use and was in favor of a rules regulating them. As a solution to the problem encountered it was recommended that a manual Radio Language with style guidelines for professionals within the city of Ambato.
