Community tourism is characterized by generating sources of work to people in the community who work in a small or medium enterprise which aims to provide quality service. With the aim of highlighting the social and cultural values through communications media to tourism development in the Canchagua parish in the canton Saquisilí province of Cotopaxi, Ecuador, a research work was conducted during the period September 2015 to July 2016, from of current importance it is given to the tourism sector where the country has high expectations to meet domestic demand and the arrival of foreign visitors increase. The study proposed applied research, developed a theoretical approach to the communications media, signage and a tour for the parish was adapted. a survey of residents and visitors development. The results were tabulated and processed, the same data were extracted: mean values, frequency graphs, crosstabs and correlations. Besides the descriptive analysis and the proposal it was made. 100% of respondents agree on the need to create and improve the centers that provide tourist services; It was as a result of work Plan Signs and tourist location Canchagua parish, as well as the site OnLine "GAD Parish Canchagua" is a virtual audiovisual dissemination of social, cultural and tourist events of this parish, allowing access to knowledge of this area from other parts of Ecuador and the world.

The Baños Canton, or as many know Baños de Agua Santa, is a city that belongs to the province of Tungurahua; also known as a great tourist center, visited by locals and foreigners from around the world, and this will very appreciated when choosing a place I agreed the nature, adrenaline and its pleasant climate, it has become a recognized icon at national level and do often reaching topics of conversation by foreign tour recommendation to others. This research was performed based on two variables related to research such as environmental issues and practices with the environment; apparently everyone knows of these variables, but in reality very few people are contributing to the environment, making their task empirically care environment. In the city of Bath was detected nonexistent practices with the environment, that part that problem from the kids, which is why the research is conducted in the Joint Fiscal school Fray Sebastian Acosta, considering that the practices in environment by children leaves much to be desired. This not only depends on the education provided in educational institutions, but also of education provided by the parents. This research proposes the production of a radio program, with student participation of children in school the Joint Tax Fray Sebastian Acosta Canton Baths, for the dissemination of environmental issues and their impact on the environment practices, and through of the radio program reaching environmental awareness and strangers living in the Baños Canton province of Tungurahua.
El fotoperiodismo y los medios de comunicación impresos de la ciudad de Ambato

This research study made reference to the practice of photojournalism as a fundamental element to establish the degree of impairment of visual events that exists in the print media in the city of Ambato and the way in which involved strengthening the impression with the truth to the community. The goals were basically: Determine how to influence the contents written on the creation of debates around the image taken press; analyze the degree of acceptance of the contents of the local press in Ambato hearing; diagnose empirical practice in professional and amateur print media city and design an alternative solution to the problem formulated. For it was conceptualized to photojournalism, forms of interaction and learning levels in the subject. The methodology was based on a mixed approach: qualitative and quantitative, with modalities of field research and literature. The study concluded the lack of content was established in the visual area of the media written and almost no practices this with leading professionals in the print media; the importance of managing content for the construction semiotic context of the fact that this was analyzed to generate interest within the ambateños

A plan of organizational communication in educational institutions play an important role because it constitutes the support essential to the realization of basic functions of the Organization in regards to decision making, coordination of actions, the evaluation of the results and finally concludes in personal satisfaction both from teachers, managers, students and administrative staff, a fluid communication will have to count on the participation and collaboration of its members, with the sole purpose of achieving the educational objectives to consolidate. Being more Ambato educational unit, an entity with an extensive educational background of ago 69 years ago, in which communication plays an important role for the development and prestige of the same, and where a concern arises if communication is so important, we should ask ourselves why not has dedicated le more attention, in this institution However there are multiple possibilities for progress to advance, of collective and individually, considering global strategies Of transparency of information that facilitates participation and the involvement of people in a climate of mutual trust and responsibility. The importance of communication constitutes a tangible reality, which reveals itself in many everyday situations, such as the establishment of rules of internal coexistence or the supervision of duties entrusted to a particular group of students, the formulation of a complaint, the discrepancy of the criteria in relation to the conduct of the authorities of the institution, you're are forms of communication i.e. management of interpersonal relationships However the improvement of communication must take place from the same school, by teachers, authorities, students and administrative staff in order to reach a consensus on action lines in which create and commit themselves, this can be achieved when interpersonal relations are cordial, will also require knowledge and reflection that support action to follow and actively involving all stakeholders leading processes that constitute an adventure and a personal challenge for everyone and this multiple learning essential life arise. On the other hand should be put emphasis on strengthening the human values within the conduct of students and parents, to get individuals responsible, tolerable, that one or another way to strengthen and contribute to our society, proposing a radical transformation that will take the necessary step for conservation and achievement of human values in students, thus that they reach a better discipline and academic quality in the higher education unit Ambato.
El uso de las redes sociales On-Line y la decodificación de mensajes en los estudiantes de la Carrera de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato

The use of social networking online has been a change in the communicative development of people in all social spheres, leading to the use of new forms of communication through mobile devices that allow interaction and socialization of the individual. New technologies have shortened distances and maintain a real-time communication with those who are distant, generating excessive use of social networking, leading users to be constantly connected and creating a dependence for reviewing happens inside its various virtual accounts. These behaviors have affected the face-to-face communication processes because the focus is on a mobile device, rather than the everyday environment in which they operate; therefore, the overall objective of the project was to determine how the use of social networks on-line interfere in decoding messages from the students of the School of Communication at the Technical University of Ambato. This research took into account all legally registered students in the School of Social Communication, with a total of 305 students.The research technique used was the survey that allowed to collect real information that after being processed, tabulated and graphed, facilitated the analysis and interpretation of results according to the study objectives. The investigation concluded that the use of social networks does interfere with decoding messages of the students of the School of Social Communication, and they’re aware that this intended inference not only affects academic development but also to its development outside the classroom. It was proposed that an educational and communicative campaign in the vicinity of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences through visual material for students to be aware of the problems associated with the inappropriately use of social networks.
