    The Great Chicken Poultry Farm is a company dedicated to the breeding and marketing of broilers, the company provides a service and product quality, with 17 years of experience in the poultry sector the company has developed significantly in the production reaching 30,000 quarterly market bid birds. It is for this reason that this research has focused on making a comprehensive analysis of internal and external business environment, in order to establish digital communication strategies that will allow the company to improve customer relations and increase sales, in order that the company may be encouraged sustainably in the timeline. The results obtained in the field research applied to customers of the company show that it is important to correct issues as they are positioning the brand through social networks, so it is necessary to use new technologies to position the company efficiently at the regional and national market. To end the research proposal is focused on design and establish a digital communication strategy based on social networks that will enable the company to generate high-value content for the user and that it can interact with the company on a daily basis, allowing the company provides daily information to the market because it is a digital tool to position the company to current and potential customers, it has outlined the company's image in different social networks, the main Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, to the Poultry Farm, to improve the promotion and communication of product and customer service.
