    The research shows the degree of the relationship between the purchase budget and levels of inventories of the company “Pasteur Textiles”, for the development of this work was necessary to collect the information of the people who are within the processes studied, this was done througt the application of surveys and interviews directed to the administrative staff and the collaborators, in this way were obtained behavior patterns and important characteristics that helped to establish general ideas of the environment of the problem addressed, the purpose of the use of the research techniques, was the identification of the shortcomings that influence the preparation of purchase budgets and that once they do not allow the inventory level to be optimally maintained, the most relevant data were that entity has not determined the policies for the handling of the articles, has’nt assigned or a cost time of permanence of the goods in the warehouse and lastly the values of the orders with some indicator of compliance aren`t checked, it is important to implement a deterministic inventory model called EOQ, or Economic Order Quantity, of several items with storage limitations.
