Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2017-10) Mazón Yépez, Christian Andrés; Jiménez Silva, Walter RamiroKOKORO SUSHI is a company that is dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of Japanese food and is distributed to the public that usually goes to its facilities; the project consists of the start up of a venture has taken as its main axis the food and consumption changes by the Ecuadorian market, which is why the parameters of progress that has the strengthening of the productive matrix, considering that the Ecuador is the country with the most ventures in Latin America, the same number that has been constantly growing during the last 5 years. For this reason, the present work has focused on Japanese food specialties sushi in the Mall of the Andes, making economic financial calculations as feasibility data to entrepreneurship, in order to maintain correlation of cost benefit variables. The results obtained when analyzing and interpreting the data entered with SPSS, can demonstrate the level of high acceptance towards this project, contributing sustainably to the growth of enterprises of nutritional character. It is concluded that this idea of negotiation arises from the need to eat in a healthy way being an option to consume food elaborated by Kokoro Sushi, once the preliminary studies of the project has been carried out, it determines that the market situation is ideal which will be a profitable economic contribution the country.
