    This research work is psycho character in which we investigated about bullying causing a problem and instability in academic performance is a challenge to eradicate it. Bullying has been characterized as a hidden phenomenon , which has always been disturbing coexistence among students in almost all educational institutions in the world , although this has not been achieved completely debug this problem. The situation described above indicates that you need to run an investigation to understand the phenomenon , finding reasons to allow us to provide solutions through joint work with all members of the educational community and thus develop a proposal that better enables student relationship. Our aim is to study the Bullying and Its Impact on Student Achievement in students in the ninth year of basic education College High School La Mana in the province of Cotopaxi.
