    Plan de calidad para la fabricación de buses eléctricos de transporte urbano en Carrocerías Jácome

    This research work was carried out with the proposal of a quality plan for the manufacture of electric buses made by the company Carrocerías Jácome. Through the quality plan, technical requirements and procedures are established to ensure product safety. The problem identified is that the quality department does not have an in-depth study of the technical and regulatory requirements for the manufacture of electric buses. The methodology used is based on the collection of information obtained in situ, in addition to the use of various techniques and data collection such as: the preparation of process survey sheets and review of previous research and regulatory standards in the bus body field, the latter used in the preparation of a comparative matrix. In this way, the necessary requirements for bus manufacturing are defined as those established in the NTE INEN 2205 standard, which has a greater impact on the existing regulatory standards. In this way, the technical requirements and elements belonging to a quality plan are described, for which ISO 10005 is used, covering processes throughout the production process, documentation management and internal and external communication, in addition to the national regulations of NTE INEN 2205, 1323, 034 and 038, requirements established for the safety and manufacture of urban bus bodies in Ecuador.
