    The management requirements are parameters that have been established by international organizations such as the ISO, which allow clinical laboratories where these requirements are implemented to achieve the long-awaited quality, through adequate compliance with each of these parameters. . The present work focused on determining and evaluating the degree of compliance in private clinical laboratories within Ambato, through the application of evaluation instruments, in this case multiple choice surveys, obtaining as a result the interview of 80 clinical laboratories of different levels. Of operation in different parishes at the level of the whole territory of Ambato. It was evidenced that the majority of laboratories meet some of these requirements, however, a minority percentage, but not insignificant, did not fully meet them, for which the importance of each of the indicators and the possible consequences that can be described to have in the safety of the patient, as well as that of the laboratory itself.
