    “Evaluación postural y dinámica de los grupos élite en la disciplina cheerleader del cantón Ambato”

    The present title work was carried out with the purpose of carrying out a postural and dynamic evaluation of the athletes of the different cheerleader establishments of the Ambato canton. It is an observational and descriptive study because by observing the tests, the analysis and description of each one, it was possible to determine a response to the evaluation, we also searched for articles that allow us to sustain the research therefore it is of bibliographic type , and field because it was made in sports facilities. Participants were 45 athletes who met the inclusion criteria since two were excluded. Once the population to be evaluated was established, the tests were carried out using evaluation sheets where the results were placed and the test application, as in the postural test where the different postural alterations of the athletes were observed through a grid. in anatomical position as well as in sport's own positions, the dynamics were also evaluated by global tests such as: Start excursion Balance Test with which the balance is measured, the hexagon test measures the agility, the 1RM measures the maximum force that a athletes and the Ruffier Test to measure resistance.
